We may not answer phone calls as we are usually out working with the dogs.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel within 72 hours before your tour, we will keep your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your experience, we will charge your card for the full cost of the tour. 

Cancellations due to weather conditions are at our discretion and will only occur if it poses a safety concern for the guests, dogs, or guides.
